Hey, LJP 😊 This is cool. So, in addition to a morning glass of water (thanks to you :-), I now also play a loop of the audio (Spotify) of Rigor Tovar's "La Sirenita", which causes outbursts of tripping the light fantastic as I start my day 💃, mostly w. my usual clear-the-dancefloor moves, but I try to always bring it back to the Twist. There are benefits. IMO, you don't have to drink your minerals. All of the minerals found in mineral waters are also in the foods we eat. We drink filtered/purified water :)

If someone eats a varied and healthful diet, with plenty of fruits and vegetables, they usually get an adequate dose of minerals. Even cereals have the added minerals. I don't understand how "mineral" water could even be a "thing" other than it's the typical "gimmick". Just goes to show, "A fool and their money, are soon parted". :-/)

A bit, but you could drink milk, eat a banana and get some of the same minerals.

I find it funny, in an "ironic" way, that many of the "distilled/purified" bottled water brands mention having "added minerals" for taste enhancement. Gee, I get the exact same thing from drinking water directly from my tap, it's well water and taste perfectly fine to me. Funny enough, I have a Brita Filter Pitcher, which I do use for my drip coffee and electric kettle. Also I give the filter water to my inside cats...

Looks like this website is still active, surveys & polls are working fine. Probably maintenance is set at a later time :)
